air123 Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1 Definitions

"Platform" refers to the air123 website accessible at air123.vu and any associated mobile application or service operated under the air123 brand.

"Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the platform for gaming, betting, or any related activity.

"Account" means the registered profile created by a player to access the platform's services, including the PHP balance, transaction history, and security settings.

Providing false or misleading information during registration, including date of birth, name, or contact details, is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all bets placed, all transactions initiated, and all communications sent through the platform. air123 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access was facilitated by your failure to maintain appropriate security of your login credentials.

OTP (one-time password) verification is sent to your registered contact method when a login is attempted from a new device. You must not share OTP codes with third parties. air123 support will never ask you to provide your password or a current OTP during a support interaction.

Full KYC identity verification using a valid Philippine government-issued ID is required before any withdrawal from your account can be processed. You agree to provide accurate and current documentation when requested, and to update your details promptly if they change.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on air123 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits to your account may be made through supported local Philippine bank transfer or designated Philippine e-wallet channels as listed in the cashier section of your account. Cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, and credit card transactions are not accepted as deposit or wagering payment methods on air123.

Your deposited PHP funds are credited to your account balance after payment confirmation. Funds are available for gameplay once credited. air123 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits, though your bank or payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside of air123's control.

5 Game Rules and Acceptable Conduct

6 Promotions and Bonus Offers

air123 may offer promotional bonuses, cashback arrangements, or other incentives to registered players from time to time. Any such offer will be accompanied by its own specific terms at the time it is made available, including any applicable conditions governing the use of bonus funds and the process for converting bonus balances into withdrawable PHP funds.

General principles that apply to all promotional offers on air123 unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise:

• One promotional offer per account, per household, and per payment method, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and real-money PHP funds are tracked separately in your account. Applicable conditions attach to bonus funds only and do not restrict the withdrawal of separately deposited real-money funds.
• air123 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time where there is evidence of abuse or where the offer terms were triggered in a manner inconsistent with genuine player participation.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the air123 platform – including the air123 brand name, logo, website design, game assets, graphics, text, and software – is the property of air123 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the air123 platform without express written permission. This includes taking platform screenshots for commercial purposes or misrepresenting the air123 brand in any public communication.

8 Limitation of Liability

air123 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

air123 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime during an active session, provided reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance is given where practicable. air123 is not liable for losses you incur as a result of decisions made during gameplay. Nothing in these Terms limits air123's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or misrepresentation.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

air123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void the balance associated with that account, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 5.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Account activity that triggers obligations under applicable financial crime prevention requirements.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any remaining verified real-money PHP balance will be returned to the player through a verified local payment channel after standard confirmation procedures. 10 Privacy and Data
